Working out doesn't have to be boring! Our "Fit" classes offer lots of different ways to burn some calories while having fun. No prior experience is necessary with any of our "Fit" classes.
 

  • Each of the following classes are available for $20 to drop in or as a package.
     

  • All packages must be used within 60 days.
     

  • You may mix and match class types and times to suit your schedule.
     

  • See our calendar for class listings.
     

  • Please call ahead to reserve your spot!
     

  • Drop-ins are available on a first come -- first served basis.
     

  • Class space is limited.
     

  • If we are holding a reserved spot for you, cancellations must be received with at least 12 hours' notice or the class will be forfeited.

    You may reserve your spot or cancel by calling us at 248-693-4300 or sending an email to us.

 

 

Pole Fit classes are available to any student who would like further time to work on the moves and increase their strength and endurance.

This class focuses less on spins and more on gaining upper body and core strength.

Class size is strictly limited to 6 students and pre-registration is required.

 

Ballet Fit incorporates stretching and the basic positions of ballet as a form of low key/low impact exercise for adults.

The class will improve flexibility, balance, and strength while utilizing basic barre exercises and positions.

No prior ballet experience is necessary.

 

Aerial Fit:
Have you ever seen performers on aerial silk or a static trapeze and wanted to give it a try? Now is your chance!

This class is designed for people who have never touched an aerial silk, trapeze or Chinese pole before.

Learn the basics of grips and climbing and some beginner poses all while being spotted and safely within inches of the ground.

This class focuses heavily on core and upper body strength.

Class sizes are small so each student will get plenty of time to practice on each apparatus and pre-registration is required.

Chair Fit:

A fusion of fitness, jazz dance and cabaret, this class teaches you how to dance with a chair including floor work and transitions.

While low impact, you still may break a sweat so dress appropriately in yoga pants, sweatpants or shorts.

While the moves are taught barefoot, feel free to bring your favorite shoes to add a bit of fun to your routine!
